St. Mary's School District utilizes relavent instruction by incorporating the State of Alaska Grade Level Expectations and the surrounding environment into classroom instruction which provides more meaningful instruction to the students we serve. Below are a few examples of student projects.

One means of formative assessment for our outdoor instruction in SMCSD is a final project that involves creating posters. These posters have a variety of classwork that was completed using trip info and data.
